Reflexology in my Treatment Room:
Wellbeing Reflexology: £45 for a 1hr reflexology treatment.
Fertility & Maternity Reflexology: £45 for a 1hr reflexology treatment
Postnatal Reflexology - Baby Comes Too!: £45 Enjoy a beneficial reflexology treatment in the postnatal period with your baby. Babies can still feed if they need too! (Or you can come without your baby if you prefer). If your baby is over 4 weeks old I will also show you how to provide a calming baby reflexology routine on your baby's feet!
Taster Sessions: If you have not had reflexology before and would like a shorter treatment, a 30 minute taster session can be arranged: £30.
Hot Stone Reflexology: £60. Please allow 75 minutes for this wonderfully relaxing experience!! Please note hot stones are suitable for use in fertility reflexology and if post 37 weeks pregnant. Hot stones are not recommended if you are less than 37 weeks pregnant.
Aromareflex: £55. A therapeutic aromatherapy oil blend is created tailored to a client's needs and used during a reflexology treatment. The client can then take this blend away with them for directed use at home as well as for future treatments.
PLEASE NOTE: all treatments can include a complimentary taster of hot stone reflexology if you would like to try it out before having a complete treatment with the hot stones. Please let me know in advance so I can prepare them.
Child Reflexology : £30 for a 40 minute reflexology treatment (a parent or guardian must be present during the treatment). I will also show the parent how to perform a relevant hand reflexology routine on their child.
Mobile (Home) Reflexology Visits
If you would prefer a mobile reflexology treatment in your own home, please note the treatment will cost £55 to cover the additional time involved and my travel costs within 5 miles of my home. Outside of this radius additional travel costs will be incurred. Please enquire for further details). Please note: mobile treatments are currently available on Saturdays only.
Baby reflexology Workshops for Babies or Toddlers:
Consists of three 60 minute sessions (spread over 3 weeks) and are located in the comfort of your own home or in my home if you prefer. The total cost for the 3 sessions (within 5 miles of my local area) is as follows:
For an individual/couple & their baby or toddler: £60 (NB: can be condensed into 2 sessions).
For a group of 2-6 adults: £35 per adult when booked together.
1:1 lessons can also be arranged in my treatment room.
Prices include the Baby reflex learning charts, course notes & continued support after completion of the course.

Coffee morning tailored lessons: £10 per adult (please get in touch for more details).

Can be used to pay for a Baby/Toddler reflexology workshop.
